The breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the city and experience local culture, with several key landmarks within walking distance. The friendly staff provided excellent service and offered helpful suggestions for local spots to visit.

The rooms were a bit outdated, and lacked modern amenities. The noise level outside of the hotel made it difficult to sleep at times.

The breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent close to Avenida Paulista and Jardins. Safe area.

The rooms had small windows and were really dark and and not cosy. No nice lights in the room so we felt very uncomfortable. They were doing renovation works in the corridor and it was very dirty. One elevator didn' t work. The swimming pool was abandoned, dirty and not used for some weeks we guess. The rooms and the whole hotel don' t look at all like the pictures we had seen on their website so we were extremely disappointed!!!

The hotel is situated near a shopping mall and two metro stations, making it easy to move around the city. there are several cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is excellent with an omelet station. Some staff are very helpful and actively assist guests.

The hotel has poor wifi, which can be frustrating for business travelers and visitors.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in a commercial area was perfect for me, as it was close to all the attractions and amenities I needed. The staff were lovely and accommodated my late check-out request without any issue. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the staff even made omelettes to order. The indoor swimming pool and exercise gym were great for relaxing and staying active. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel is located close to Paulista Avenue which is nice for shopping and nice restaurants.

The shower had very little water pressure.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city with easy access to transportation, many restaurants, and shopping centers. The room was spacious and had great amenities like a big fridge, comfortable bed, and huge boards. The breakfast selection was vast with great service from polite and professional staff. The hotel offered nice fitness installations and fast elevators for guests.
